As they say, you can never have too many friends or too many shoes! So why not share some shoe love with a ShoeLife gift voucher. Simply choose the amount that suits you, purchase through our online store and it will be emailed directly to you to share with your recipient as you please.
Vouchers are single-use and valid for three years. Available for redemption on any product offered through the ShoeLife online store.
Note - should gift vouchers be issued as part of gift-with-purchase promotion, sand the original purchase is returned and refunded then the e-gift card will become invalid.

Standard delivery orders are shipped by Australia Post and will be received within 2-5 business days after shipping. Standard delivery may take longer in certain rural areas.
Shoes delivered by Express are a flat rate of $16.00

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We pride ourselves on being fast and convenient, orders received before 1pm (business days only) will be shipped on the same day. You can then expect your new shoes in 2-5 business days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email that your shoes are on their way. This email will contain your shipment tracking number, so you can follow your order all the way to delivery. AUSTRALIA POST TRACKING PAGE : http://auspost.com.au/track/
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM WAS LOST IN TRANSIT?
Firstly, contact the carrier your order was sent with (Australia Post) and quote your tracking number, which was sent to you on your shipping confirmation email. If they cannot locate your items, contact us and we will follow it up and lodge an enquiry for you.
We do not take any responsibility for shoes being lost once they have left our warehouse, however, we are always willing to help!
WHAT DO I DO IF I AM MISSING AN ITEM OR HAVE BEEN DELIVERED THE INCORRECT ONE?
In the rare case that you have been delivered incorrect items or something is missing from your order, use the ‘Contact Us’ enquiry form straight away and we will resolve it immediately. Rest assured, you will not incur any additional costs.
REFUND / RETURN / EXCHANGE?
When your shoes were delivered, you would have received a receipt with instructions for returns.
If your shoes are not what you expected, we will refund or exchange your purchase. Just follow these steps :
- Email us using the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website (www.shoelife.com.au)
- Quote your order number and the item you would like to return (please include the style, colour and size) and the reason for return.
- We will respond via email, providing you with a return authorisation – this will include a return address and the instructions for how to send your item to us.
- Once we receive your item back, it will be inspected before the return is processed. We are happy to refund or exchange (subject to stock availability).
